Corner Chairs are for users who need support of the head, trunk, and pelvis in order to both develop an upright sitting posture and align the head and trunk. Two sizes are available, large and small.
Kaye Corner Chairs have a firm, padded insert that converts the V-shaped back into a three-sided winged back, providing support along the spine, giving the child better spinal extension and resulting in greater freedom of the head and eyes for scanning and attending. This insert can be removed so that the chair sides provide even greater assistance in bringing the arms forward on the tray.
The seats on the Kaye Corner Chairs can be raised so a child can be positioned with the hips and knees flexed or it can be used in a lower, long sitting position.
