Return and refund policy 

At Apache Adaptive Solutions, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. If you have received a product that is damaged and is in its original packaging, we are here to help you with the return process. Please take a moment to review our return policy:

Damaged Items in Original Packaging:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged and it is still in its original packaging, you should be eligible for a return.
  • To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the damaged item. You can reach our customer service team via ApacheAdaptiveSolutions@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant images of the damaged item to support your claim.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • All products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging cannot be returned.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
    • International orders are not eligible for return. 
    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

      Additional Information:

      • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for damaged items in original packaging.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
      • The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage.
      • Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
      • The company reserves the right to update the refund policy, and any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
